Most of us drink beverages that have about 250 calories in each serving. A can of soda typically has 250 calories, and even vitamin water has about 150. If you can just cut out 250 calories of liquid a day, by the end of one week, you will have cut out 1750 calories.

The previous 4 tips are good recommendations to help you still eat the same quantity but consume less calories. To help you lose those ten pounds, you may also eat less. Try to eat slowly. Research shows that you eat about sixty less calories per meal when you slow down your pace. Therefore , if you eat slower for all three meals, you can cut 180 calories a day.
